Given how important ethics is to a nurse’s practice and the challenge of the last few years, Ethics of Caring is committed to keeping registration affordable, while continuing to provide a conference that powerfully recognizes the need for respite and renewal. 

Registration includes:

Early Registration through February 13, 2025

• $549 Full Conference
• $529 Full Conference Sponsoring Organizations Discounted Rate
• $529 Full Conference Student Rate
• $290 Thursday Only
• $285 Friday Only

Late Registration starting February 14, 2025

• $569 Full Conference
• $549 Full Conference Sponsoring Organizations Discounted Rate
• $549 Full Conference Student Rate
• $300 Partial Conference (Thursday only or Friday only)

Registration closes at midnight PST on February 23, 2025.

REFUND POLICY

• If you wish to cancel your NNEC registration, you must notify Ethics of Caring by sending your request via email ethicsofcaringnnec@gmail.com.
• Refunds will be made in full (less a $100 processing fee) when requested on or before January 31, 2025.
• Refunds of 50% will be made (less a $100 processing fee) when requested from February 1—23, 2025.
• No refunds will be issued after February 24, 2025.   

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

Ethics of Caring has switched to a new registration platform, Zeffy, which offers services to nonprofits 100% free of charge. This allows the funds collected to be used solely to support Ethics of Caring’s mission.

Please note that when you register for NNEC, the following will appear on the form: “Support the 100% free platform that we use! (red heart emoji)”. By clicking down on the arrow and selecting Other, you can opt out of this fee or alter the amount if you wish to support Zeffy.  If the contribution box is left empty your registration total will only go to Ethics of Caring.
