Ethics of Caring is committed to provide a conference that powerfully recognizes the need for respite and renewal, to keep registration affordable, and offering scholarship opportunities to help cover registration and travel experiences.
Registration Costs Include:
- Full breakfast buffet for each day registered
- Full lunch buffet for each day registered
- Opening reception on Day 1 with hors d’oeuvres, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Continuing education
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in registration costs.

Donating or Opting Out to the Zeffy Organization: When you register for NNEC, the following will appear on the form: “Help keep Zeffy free for Ethics of Caring (purple heart emoji) (optional)”. By clicking down on the arrow and selecting Other, you can opt out of this fee or alter the amount if you wish to support Zeffy. If the contribution box is left empty, your registration fee total should be the amount you selected on the first page (i.e. $595, $545, $295, etc.), without additional fees.
Donating to Ethics of Caring: Ethics of Caring is almost entirely volunteer-run, supported by just one part-time conference planner. To keep registration affordable, we rely on donations. Difficulty registering? If you are attempting to register from work at your institution, you may face difficulties due to firewalls in the system preventing you from reaching Zeffy pages. If this is the case, we recommend that you register from home. The Zeffy registration site is secure.
